Google Local Service Ads Management

The very top of the page, the Google Guaranteed badge next to your name, and a cost per lead you can actually budget around. We handle verification, budgets, lead disputes, and the reviews that keep you ranking. Included from the LEADS package at $599/month.

Why LSA

Above the ads. Above the map.

Local Service Ads appear before everything else on a “near me” search — before paid search results, before the map pack, before organic. They carry the green Google Guaranteed checkmark, and they charge you per lead instead of per click.

For a service business, that changes the math entirely. You’re no longer paying for tire-kickers who click and bounce. You’re paying for a phone call or a message from someone in your service area who wants the job done.

  • Top-of-page placement, above paid and organic results
  • Google Guaranteed badge builds instant trust
  • Pay per lead, not per click
  • Disputable charges when a lead is out of area or off-service

What we manage

The parts that make or break an LSA account

LSA looks simple from the outside. In practice, ranking depends on your review profile, responsiveness, budget, and how carefully you police the leads you’re billed for.

Verification & onboarding

License, insurance, and background check paperwork is the number one reason accounts stall. We walk you through it and keep it moving to approval.

Budget & lead-cap strategy

Weekly budgets set so you get enough volume to stay visible without buying leads you can’t service. Adjusted seasonally as demand shifts.

Bad-lead disputes

Wrong number, out of area, spam, or a service you don’t offer — all disputable. We file them consistently so you aren’t quietly paying for junk.

Review generation

Your LSA ranking leans heavily on review volume and recency. We build a repeatable request process so reviews keep arriving.

Responsiveness coaching

Google tracks how fast you answer. We set up the alerts and the routine that keeps your answer rate high — a huge and often ignored ranking factor.

Lead tracking & reporting

Every lead logged, categorized, and reported with a real cost per booked job — not just cost per lead.

FAQ

Local Service Ads questions

How much does a lead cost?

It varies a lot by industry and metro — anywhere from around $20 to well over $100 per lead. Google sets the price and it moves with demand. We'll give you a realistic range for your specific category and area on the call rather than a number that sounds good.

What is the Google Guaranteed badge?

It's the green checkmark shown next to LSA advertisers who have passed Google's license, insurance, and background screening. Google also backs qualifying jobs booked through LSA up to a coverage limit, subject to their terms. It's a meaningful trust signal for someone choosing between three strangers.

How long does verification take?

Usually one to three weeks, occasionally longer if documents need correcting or background checks are slow. It's the one part of the timeline nobody can speed up — but we can keep it from stalling.

Can I run LSA and Google Ads at the same time?

Yes, and most of our clients do. They occupy different positions on the page and capture different searches. LSA takes the highest-intent traffic at the top; Google Ads covers the specific, technical, and long-tail searches LSA doesn't reach.

What if I get a lead that isn't real?

You dispute it, and if Google agrees you're credited. The catch is that disputes have deadlines and most businesses forget to file them. We track and file disputes as part of management — over a year, it adds up to real money.
