Services
Point Digital Marketing provides digital marketing services including Google Business Profile optimization, Google Local Service Ads management, and Google Ads management. The specific scope of your engagement is set out in your service agreement or proposal.
Fees and billing
Management fees are billed monthly in advance unless agreed otherwise. Advertising spend and lead costs are paid by you directly to the advertising platform and are not included in our management fees. One-time setup or build fees, where applicable, are quoted before work begins.
Term and cancellation
Services are provided on a month-to-month basis. Either party may cancel with written notice prior to the next billing date. Fees already paid for the current billing period are non-refundable.
Account ownership
You own your Google Business Profile, advertising accounts, and associated data. We work under manager or delegated access, which you may revoke at any time.
Client responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate business information, required licenses and documentation, timely approvals, and responding to leads generated on your behalf.
No guarantee of results
Search rankings, advertising costs, and lead volume are determined by third-party platforms and market conditions outside our control. We do not guarantee any specific ranking, lead volume, cost per lead, or revenue outcome.
Third-party platforms
Our services depend on platforms operated by third parties, including Google. We are not responsible for changes to their policies, pricing, algorithms, or availability. Point Digital Marketing is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google LLC.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the services is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
